★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo era cliente ya hace algunos años y la buscaba por servicio y entrega a domicilio, ahora con la nueva administracion no hay servicio ni comunicación, trato déspota y sin interés por el cliente, tenia una queja para exponer y el encargado no dio la cara para explicar o llegar a un acuerdo para no perder un cliente, me queda claro que no les importa, una lastima dado que antes se daba un muy buen servicio, rápido y eficiente, ahora deja mucho que desear!!

Por otra parte, para que se pueda hacer una entrega a domicilio el monto de la compra debe ser de $2,750 en adelante y si es menos no quieren hacerlo lo cual limita mucho la compra de material.

Son groseras en persona y por teléfono te contestan para decirte "permítame" y ahí te dejan colgado mientras escuchas media hora de sus conversaciones. Es una lástima la gente de mostrador; totalmente mediocres.
No necesita contratar más gente en absoluto. Necesita que la gente que está se ponga la camiseta, que tengan buena actitud, que se les capacite de forma muy básica para que den un buen servicio, que aprendan a trabajar con gusto y capacidad para tratar con clientes de distintos tipos; desde el más ignorante, hasta el más capaz. Espero que mis comentarios le sean de utilidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen gran variedad de materiales, aunque en algunos si esta elevado el precio, voy por la cercanía y por la variedad de materiales, además de que el trato de las chicas de mostrador es muy amena , son muy amables me ha tocado ver como hay personas que quieren que les envíen el mismo día o que les entreguen cortes antes de los demás, cuando tenemos que esperar un tiempo por las personas que anteriormente han solicitado el servicio. Si van comprar pasen con la chica que está a la orill de ojos azules o con la que está en medio me han atendido muy bien aún no conozco el trato de. La que esta pegada ala orilla de la caja pero debe ser bueno. Mejoren los precios sería la tienda perfecta
