Tener una grabación de pantalla de la conversación entera y el trato que hicieron con nosotros, adjuntando voucher y diseño gráfico, si nosotros tenemos la copia de la conversación (por ejemplo en nuestra conversación de WhatsApp) pero existen diferencias por qué el "CLIENTE" elimino conversaciones, estará entonces cometiendo difamación y/o perjurio legal.
Si la empresa vive algún atraso con su pedido, le informamos: de ser que usted califique antes de que su pedido llegue no le enviaremos dado a qué esperamos a que usted esté enteramente satisfecho la recibir el producto.
