★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente no pude concretar la renta de un auto en CarShop (Hertz Car Rental) en Central de Abastos; días antes hice una reservación para rentar un automóvil y recibí una tarifa que supuestamente incluye TODO, y consideré que estaba dentro de mi presupuesto; el día de hoy al llegar a las instalaciones me encuentro con la sorpresa que el presupuesto no incluye la tarifa del seguro, y este cargo es aún mayor que la tarifa original, lo cual eleva el costo 120% más de lo presupuestado en un principio, desde luego el vendedor ofrece algunas promociones para mejorar el precio pero sigue siendo hasta un 90% más de la cotización original. Cabe destacar que la persona que atiende es muy amable, pero considero un abuso y una falta muy grave no comentar antes acerca de las tarifas tan elevadas del seguro de automóvil. Desde luego no contraté el servicio, esas acciones no dan confianza y no desearía llevarme más sorpresas después de haber firmado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo te piden un anticipo para apartar el coche y en mi caso no me gustó el coche y esto fue en en septiembre y al día de hoy no saben que día me hacen la devolución 15mil. Ojo con eso no den anticipos. Ya que la Lic Ingrid que es la gerente que corporativo es quien hace las devoluciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario de atención para los domingos es a partir de las 11 a.m. Los compradores no son muy atentos, tardan mucho en responder. El único coche que fui a ver ya no lo tenían aun cuando hice cita específicamente para ver ese modelo. Me mostraron otro de diferente color, se ve que llevaba varias semanas a la intemperie pues estaba muy sucio, aun cuando sabían que lo iban a mostrar no se preocuparon en cuidar la imágen del coche.
