★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mala, entregan los documentos a cuenta gotas, te venden todo bonito y cuando pagas y entregan el vehículo salen defectos físicos que tardan en atender. no hay una matriz de escalamiento. No hay donde quejarte. No vuelvo a comprar.
Super bad, they deliver the documents dropwise, they sell you everything nice and when you pay and deliver the vehicle there are physical defects that take time to attend to. there is no scaling matrix. There is no where to complain. I will not buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auto que compre a esta empresa, muy bien, sin detalles, pero, después de 4 semanas que lo pague y 3 que lo tengo físicamente, aun no pueden entregarme la factura, de verdad que parece la tiendita de la esquina y no empresa seria, estoy arrepentido de haber comprado aquí el vehículo y lo peor, solo excusas recibo de la vendedora y su jefe y ahora ni siquiera me contestan llamadas, pésimo servicio!!!!!
The car that I bought from this company, very well, without details, but, after 4 weeks that I paid for it and 3 that I have it physically, they still cannot deliver the invoice to me, it really seems like the little corner shop and not a serious company , I am sorry to have bought the vehicle here and the worst, just excuses receipt from the seller and her boss and now they do not even answer me calls, lousy service !!!!!

No recomiendo comprar aquí.
Tienen buenos precios pero mejor compren en carshop cdmx para que los atiendan mejor.

Hace 15 días compré un vehículo en la sucursal, el vehículo venía con una sola llave, sin tarjeta de circulación.sin manual de propietario y guía de servicios y garantía, peron aún es fecha que no me llega la factura de mi compra y a cambio he recibido mentiras, que si la factura ya está y que por fin de mes no la pueden enviar de Mérida, que ya casi llega, que la tiene el Gerente nada más que tiene supervisión de su Regional y no me la puedde dar, etc. etc. estoy por iniciar un proceso de cancelación de compra venta. Personalmente sugiero evitar hacer trato con la empresa.
