Al principio lo utilizaba para enviar los paquetes de mi negocio pero al ser su servicio tan poco profesional opte por buscar otras empresas que, aunque cobraran un poco más caro, te atienden vía telefónica y dan mucho mejor servicio. Ahora mis clientes están más contentos porque el servicio de paquetería que les ofrezco es mucho mejor que cuando trabajaba solo con Carssa o SCM que es la misma empresa. DEBERÍAN MEJORAR SU SERVICIO O PERDERAN MUCHOS CLIENTES.
