Cuando llueve hay goteras y se nota demasiado la humedad en las paredes y se inunda la calle (Pésima construcción del alcantarillado), las tuberías de la casa goteando y de mala calidad (Tubos demasiado delgados, que de un golpe se pueden romper, son de metal pero parece CPVC) y la luz se va u es un problema arreglarlo por ser cableado subterráneo. The houses are very poorly made, they look aesthetically beautiful, but they are made of poor quality materials, both ceilings and walls, as well as water and electrical installations. When it rains there are leaks and the humidity is too noticeable on the walls and the street is flooded (lousy construction of the sewerage), the pipes of the house leaking and of poor quality (too thin pipes, which can be broken at once, are metal but it seems CPVC) and the light goes out u is a problem to fix it for being underground wiring.
R	Residentes HGM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, quisimos usar nuestro crédito de Fovissste para comprar la casa, en la primer vuelta no salimos sorteados y nos cobraron una "vinculación" para que se pudiera autorizar el crédito, a pesar de eso no pudo ser posible, no nos dieron recibo del dinero depositado y nos hicieron pagar el avalúo a pesar de no tener un crédito autorizado, hicimos la cancelación de la compra y es fecha que aún no nos devuelven el dinero, pésima experiencia. Para nada recomendable.
