Ninguno recomendable.
I do not recommend it. It is not a traditional buffet. There are 2 types of packages, the $230 package allows you to choose one and only one dish from all of the breakfast menu, what is unlimited is American coffee, box juices (orange and green, they said they were natural but it was lie), the fruit, bread from the house (which are actually small slices of pancake and a few pieces of cracker), the hot cakes and some other drinks. The $145 package allows you to choose between 3 entrees and you are only entitled to 1 American coffee and 1 juice. The taste of the food is low average, even one of our dishes was totally cold and we had to ask for it to be heated. The sandwich bread was hard and dense, it wasn't a poached egg, it was a boiled egg. Other than that, the service left a lot to be desired. A lot of pressure to order but they take time to deliver the food. We ordered the main dishes: black heart, mole enchiladas and fridakiles with red sauce and blue tortilla chips. None recommended.

The worst place we ate in Mérida. Melted cheese starter was cold and solid like a candle. The cochinta pibil was bland and tasteless. The tortillas were awful (steamed until soggy and stuck together from the microwave). We sent then back and asked for another portion. They sent us back rock hard blue tortillas that you could play Frisbee with. The fruity cocktail drink we ordered was made with syrup and really sweet (we asked before we ordered and they said it was made with fresh fruit. The only thing that we ate that was nice was the bread and butter they served before the meal. The waiter was kind and attentive otherwise we would have just paid and left after the starter. Avoid at all costs. Many many many better places to go in Mérida.
