Creo que esto lo debe de saber PROFECO... me voy a dar la tarea de reportarlos. No vuelvo a comprar aquí, terrible servicio. Primero te ganchan con buen trato para colocar la venta y luego te ignoran. NO me han mandado la factura después de múltiples mensajes, correos y no contestan el teléfono. Ni pregunten por número de pedido porque no me lo dieron... la cotización es 514907. BAD, VERY BAD... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... Primero equivocaron la dirección de entrega y reenviaron el producto atrasado en tiempo y lo más grave es que una pieza llego rota, la reporte de manera inmediata, no me contestan el teléfono ni el WhatsApp, hablé de otro número y me indicaron que me enviarían la guía para la devolución de la pieza, la cual fue mentira y engaño pues hasta la fecha nunca se reportaron para el cambio de l pieza rota, ya puse queja ante profeco, la falta de profesionalismo es evidente! Terrible service, I do not recommend them!
