No son nada amables, la chica de caja es muy grosera (solicité factura y fue muy déspota) y el día de ayer domingo 02 de enero no pude ingresar porque mi teléfono dentro de la plaza no tiene buena señal (compañía at&t), entonces pues al no tener señal mi código qr no abrió la página, porque en este establecimiento sí solicitan el código QR del covid, lo cual está bien. La cosa fue que le indique a la señorita de la entrada que no tenia señal y le pregunte si ellos me podria pasar si red wifi y me dijo que no y le pregunté ¿entonces como le hago? Y solo me contesto que con SMS pero ni me explicó nada, yo no supe cómo mandar el mensaje, entonces pues ya, no pude entrar.
Si quieren entrar a la tienda asegúrense que tienen buena señal para que el QR pueda abrir la página, que lo poco que me indicó la chica es para registrarse. Yo imaginé que igual ella me podría registrar pero pues no dio apertura.
Si quieren factura solicitenla después de su compra porque dicen que solo en ese momento te la pueden generar, después ya no. Lo cual no se si es correcto, ya que entiendo deberían permitir generar una factura con el ticket días después de tu compra, pero aquí eso no pasa.
Moraleja: paciencia si quieren factura y deben tener otra compañía que no sea at&t

They are not friendly at all, the cashier girl is very rude (I requested an invoice and she was very despotic) and yesterday, Sunday, January 2, I could not enter because my phone in the square does not have a good signal (at & t company), so then As I did not have a signal, my qr code did not open the page, because in this establishment they do request the QR code of the covid, which is fine. The thing was that I told the lady at the entrance that I had no signal and asked her if they could pass me on if the Wi-Fi network and she said no and I asked her, how do I do it then? And he only answered me that with SMS but he did not explain anything to me, I did not know how to send the message, then, well, I could not enter.
If you want to enter the store make sure you have a good signal so that the QR can open the page, that the little that the girl told me is to register. I imagined that she could register me anyway, but then she did not open.
If you want an invoice, request it after your purchase because they say that only at that moment can they generate it, then no longer. Which I do not know if it is correct, since I understand they should allow to generate an invoice with the ticket days after your purchase, but here that does not happen.
Moral: patience if they want an invoice and must have another company other than at & t
