R	Ricardo Sánchez (Elrichar) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a cancelar mi contrato y me atendieron muy bien, rápido y no hubo trabas, pero al preguntarme las razones por las que cancelo les dije que no me gusta el servicio, a pesar de tener años con ellos nunca tuve un beneficio, por el contrario, solo subían el precio, el Internet siempre fallando, se desconecta, me dijeron que tenía 20 megas y nunca pase de 11, cuando llamaba para pedir mis 20 megas decían que era un error, mi paquete según ellos era de 11 megas, además jamás hubo un upgrade a tener canales HD y para colmo de males, había canales ( Fox específicamente) que en la programación tenía el volumen muy bajo, obligandome a subir mucho el volumen y en comerciales se dispara muchísimo, por eso elegí irme a Totalplay que desde el primer día tengo los 20 megas que contraté, me dieron un decodificador 4k que puedo retroceder en la programación y grabar programas además de tener apps por si mi televisor no es Smart... Todo eso para que al recibir mi hoja de cancelación en el apartado dónde ponen mis razones por las que me voy escribió el tipo que era porque ya no podía pagar el servicio...
