Fascinating presentation of Cartier high jewelry where you can try them on, food, champagne, and Whisky. The best exclusive boutique service by its staff. I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service (apart from the valet!)
Their after-service following up orders in transit are a complete waste of time trying to chase them up to get answers.
Very disappointed with my experience and a tarnish to the name of the brand. My recommendation: buy in another Cartier where they value clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate service. We stopped into the Polanco store to replace a ring I had lost. We are regular Cartier customers - but have always bought at Flagship NYC store. After being let inside by nice security officer, we were fully ignored by sales staff - no acknowledgement whatsoever. After about 10 awkward minutes, we chose to leave. We are a same sex couple - married just over 10 yrs., it’s hard not to make the connection that was an issue. We’ve had so many positive experiences in the past - this felt personal and awful. Will be hard to go back to Cartier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Firstly, the door takes forever to open. I stood there awkwardly waiting for it. After I entered, a man came up to me and realized I didn’t speak Spanish, he said in English “what do you need?”
I honestly should have walked out after that. What is this place, a Sears? He barely spoke English. Look, I get that I’m in Mexico and my Spanish is terrible. I don’t expect non-luxury places to accommodate me. However, Cartier is a global luxury house. I do expect to have the same experience globally.
I was a bit frustrated with my interaction with this rude man so I inquired him to polish my rings while I look around alone because I didn’t want him to help me.
While I wandered around the store, no one else paid attention to me. Like, am I invisible here?!?
So I finally walked upstairs and I see this calligraphy artist promoting the Pasha line. I was fairly excited because I’ve not tried it yet. I had a hard time communicating with him but he’s a local artist so it was really on me for not knowing Spanish better. Still, he’s up on the second floor all alone. No signage to explain what services he’s offering. No promotion of Pasha. What a joke.
I noticed a small size bottle of Pasha and I was wondering which fragrance it was. The rude man from downstairs finally arrived upstairs with my polished rings.
He brought a colleague. She speaks English a bit better but she was even ruder. How did these people get hired to work at a Cartier is beyond me.
I asked about the small sized fragrance and she couldn’t explain to me which smell it was. Then, she said “oh the one you want, we don’t have a sample to give you for free”.
Steam is coming out of my ears at this point. You think I’d walk into a Cartier to get samples for free?!? Are you kidding me?
So I walked away and I tried to walk to the third floor. Mind you, there is no signage or ropes to block off this floor. This rude woman then yelled after me “where are you going?”
I said “I can’t go upstairs?” And they were very mean and almost laughing at me for trying to go.
I’m effing livid at this point. I made a beeline to the exit. Then I’m stuck in the slow door.
I immediately went to LV and Hermès and shopped until I dropped there. You know what those places have? Amazing luxury house customer service and they all spoke fluent English. Cartier in Mexico is a huge disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many Cartier boutiques and this was by far the worst customer service I have experienced. The client advisors here seem like they do not want to sell anything! The lack of COVID protocols are disturbing, as other customers walked in without facemasks and the staff did not do or say anything. There are other stores that treat their customers a lot better, such as the Cartier boutique at Artz Pedregal
