★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, se nos hizo esperar más de 3 horas por un relleno de cartucho. Cuando se hizo la primera interacción vía telefónica se nos comentó que el servicio estaría listo en una hora. Entregué el cartucho a las 11:40a.m y en el momento que lo hice me dijeron que sería media hora más, no tuve objeción porque necesitaba de urgencia el cartucho. Hablé a las 13:40 para preguntar y me comentaron que aun no estaba listo "porque había mucho trabajo" , que sólo sería un momento más. Posteriormente se marcó una vez más a las 15:50 y nos respondieron qué quiénes hacían el trabajo se habían ido a comer y por eso no habían entregado el cartucho, pero que ya casi estaba, no fue hasta las 16:30 qué me hablaron para ir a recogerlo. Terrible experiencia, por lo menos deberían avisar sí están tan ocupados para buscar otro servicio más eficiente.
Terrible customer service, made us wait over 3 hours for a cartridge refill. When the first interaction was made via telephone, we were told that the service would be ready in an hour. I delivered the cartridge at 11:40 a.m. and when I did they told me it would be half an hour more, I had no objection because I urgently needed the cartridge. I called at 1:40 p.m. to ask and they told me that I wasn't ready yet "because there was a lot of work," that it would only be a moment longer. Subsequently, it was dialed once more at 3:50 p.m. and they told us that who did the work had gone to eat and that is why they had not delivered the cartridge, but that it was almost there, it was not until 16:30 that they spoke to me to go pick it up. Terrible experience, at least they should advise if they are so busy to find another more efficient service.
