★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te revisan documentos sobre la banqueta, personal sin identificación, prepotentes y VIOLENTOS. No hay manera de poner quejas. Fui con niños y se portaron en extremo groseros.
 They review documents on the sidewalk, personnel without identification, arrogant and VIOLENT. There is no way to complain. I went with children and they were extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trámite de renovación es muy rápido solo llevar pasaporte actualizado, visa anterior, comprobante de cita (el de código de barras) y listo. Para la renovación de VISA de niños mayores de 7 años los mandan posteriormente al consulado a toma de biométricos y huellas en horario fijo en TRES SEMANAS!! porque no lo agendan el mismo día eso está súper súper mal nunca lo dicen en la página ni en ningún lado indican. Ahora otra vuelta más para dicho trámite.
The renewal process is very fast, just bring an updated passport, previous visa, proof of appointment (the barcode) and that's it. For the renewal of VISA of children over 7 years old, they are later sent to the consulate to take biometrics and fingerprints at a fixed time in THREE WEEKS!! because they don't schedule it the same day that's super super bad they never say it on the page or anywhere they indicate. Now one more turn for said process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hacer la toma de huellas y fotografía. Fue mi primer vez entonces no sabía muy bien colo iba pero al ser ellos tan organizados es tan fluido todo. Solo necesitas tus papeles que se te indican antes y en menos de 5 min ya estás afuera. Muy eficientes.
I went to do the fingerprinting and photography. It was my first time so I didn't know very well how I was going but since they are so organized everything is so fluid. You only need your papers that are indicated before and in less than 5 minutes you are already outside. Very efficient.
