★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to help my husband to get a visa to the United States so we can visit my almost 77 year old mother who is in poor health. He is a Spanish/German citizen but not eligible for the ESTA because he visited Iran before for vacation. The embassy and the consulates keep telling me there are no appointments for third country nationals and to go to his country of origin but that's a 12 hour flight away! It doesn't make any sense! I really wish someone could assist us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update your hours. It is completely useless if they are different in different websites, and even more so if we get there and are told a different time of closure due to COVID. So many issues could be avoided if you had a proper posted schedule
