★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location to stay in Guadalajara in Zona Centro. Close to many things. This building houses a number of units available on Airbnb and other sites. They did a nice job of renovating the building. All the units surround a central patio area. Upstairs on the roof, all the units share a large patio common area with a small pool. The grounds are maintained really well. Highly recommend this location if you are ever looking for accommodation in Guadalajara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is like a small hacienda, very secluded even tough is located in zona centro. It can be a little noisy but nothing terrible. Each apartment is named after a woman and is beautifully decorated, I stayed in the one named 'Carlota'. There is also a rooftop with a dipping pool and tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and accommodation, but the bedroom window opens out to a courtyard and doesn't fully close. The residents downstairs sit outside and chat for half the night making sleep very difficult. Some consideration would be greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is mixed. The building is beautiful, the remodel was well executed. The apartment was decorated nicely. I've seen pictures of other apartments that were beautiful. The down side was that even though the remodel was recent, the AC didn't work, and nobody seemed willing to do anything. Plus it's pretty noisy on the street - it seemed like every bus in Guadalajara drove by in the morning. Maybe if the AC worked the white noise would have covered it. We did get a refund.
