★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated place. The area isnt especially nice but it doesnt matter cause the rooms are spacious, clean, and the AC is silent. Cherry on the cake, Breakfast is also filling and refreshing. Perfect for couple, I strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5 stars. Very comfortable bed. Nice air conditioned room with CNN and other channels. Based on price per night and as a boutique hotel, would be nice to have a hair dryer available. Location is ok. But as convenient as others closer to the center. It is really hot in Palenque. Walking 1 mile feels like 5. But taxi to ADO station cost only 25 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was the best value in all of Mexico. The room was spacious, unique, and comfortable. The balcony was a plus. The beds were comfortable and showers were hot. After you check into your amazing room for the day/night, you wake up to an amazing balanced breakfast, freshly prepared upon ordering. Also, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Even though there is no designated parking, there is plenty of space on the street to park right in front of the hotel and the 24 hour staff gave me a peace of mind and made sure my vehicle and bike trailer was safe for all 4 nights of my stay.

Breakfast free each day was a welcome treat. Lack of common areas/garden was only detraction.
