Casa Aamori - 70946 Santa María Tonameca

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We've been traveling through Mexico since 4 months now and Casa Aamori is the place that we loved the most. The rooms are beautiful, the view is stunning, the food is delicious and the people who work there go above and beyond to make your stay truly wonderful. Thank you very much!!! We hope we can come back soon

Casa Aamori is a beautiful spot but unfortunately the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. After being trapped in our room for over an hour due to a faulty door knob we were left without a lock or doorknob over night. The next day we discussed our experience and noted the safety concerns with the manager (ie fire and security). The manager minimized the concerns and did not offer any compensation or gesture of goodwill. When I expressed my disappointment with his response to our concerns, I was then told that San Agustinillo is safer at night than in the day and that someone had been killed that day. He then wished us “luck”’in Zipolite and stated that it’s much more dangerous there. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism of the manager at a hotel that costs over $250 usd a night. Incidents happen that are out of a hotel’s control but it’s the response and actions of the staff that leave you with an impression of a place. Casa Aamori unfortunately doesn’t care about the safety or experience of their guests.

Perfect in every way.... The owner and team are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The location on the beach in San Agustinillo is a dream.

Great place in San Agustinillo, in the middle from the hippie Mazunte and the festive Zipolite. Beach is right in front of the hotel. Room spacious bed comfortable, very clean. MOST OF ALL, we have to notice and thank the staff: Pablo, Andrea, all in the kitchen and at the pool... thanks for helping 2 francesa girls taking colectivos to Pochutla and Huatulco... ;-) Thanks for your kindness, smiles and help. Came here to have breakfast. Location is stunning, staff super friendly and helpfull! Coffee was great, food superb. In general a bit pricey, but worth it so now and then :)! Would come back for sure!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and great location. We want to highlight the exceptional service from our waiter Pablo. We immediately received a warm welcome from him. He was always attentive, he cleaned our rooms very nicely and overall he made our stay super pleasant at casa aamori. Beach is beautiful. Ps the rooms in the middle part have less noise. one star less because the management was a bit weird - just the way they communicated with the staff made us feel bad for them

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The service is perfect, they are all so nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is perfect. Everything’s perfect! Thank you for everything.

I highly recommend you to stay fat away from this property! As Beautiful as the location and the Mexican people are the owner of this hotel seems to have the soul purpose of spoiling your vacation. You will be treated like a kid that is constantly breaking unknown and unwritten rules. The otherwise lovely people working for this place will be gravely sent to enforce the infinite list of rules and you will be awkwardly informed of your misbehaviors. I somehow can’t believe this was my third time staying at Casa Aamori and receiving the same treatment every single time with one exception when the owner was not around. If the Proprietor is there at least make sure you have fun they will be watching you and making sure you are behaving. Kind Regards George.
