The owners are very frienldy.
It's clean, neat and very cosy.
AC in the rooms.
And a wonderful communal area, where you can hang out and relax or cook yourself a nice meal. Bikes are included.
We enjoyed staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place in Tulum. It looks like a regular house from the outside but the walls hide a very different place inside. The walking path is nicely laid out, there are bicycles to borrow and a common area/kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal (Don't forget the groceries!). Only a couple of minor issues - It would be nice to have insect screens for ventilation in the rooms while keeping the creepy crawlies out and an exhaust fan for the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fresh made and really comfy rooms with European Standards quality and great design. Only the soap was missing and a place to put your shower belongings during shower. You could rent bicycles there for free (they could be better maintained but are available and working).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent choice to stay in Tulum. Perfect location, and still not noisy at night. Nice little rooms. Our only issue was the WiFi coverage and quality, but we'll definitely visit again.
