★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager was a very problematic and unusual person, very hostile with 4 successive questions about why I didn't call in advance of an 8:30pm check-in or read every detail of small print, worst check-in experience in 40 days travelling, property is covered with lists for rules and regulations, manager cancelled booking when she realised I would give a bad rating, amazing that I stayed calm and professional throughout, amazing I didn't cancel myself. The regime seems far better suited to the military or in Germany of the 1930s. Please avoid this property if you can.
