Si solo lo quieres para descansar y saldrás a la calle gran parte del día son 5min al centro en carro tiene cerca plaza y salida a chichen itza y cancun, 40min a Puerto progresó y el corchito. No se inundan las calles cercanas y no hay mucho tráfico como en el centro esta muy tranquilo. Very nice, clean, safe and inexpensive, the owners are very friendly, it has a super market next door, secure parking, a kitchen equipped with the essentials, ideal if you bring your car, even though the Didi and uber only pay 35 to 40 pesos. If you only want it to rest and you will go out to the street most of the day it is 5min to the center by car, it has a nearby plaza and exit to Chichen Itza and Cancun, 40min to Puerto progressó and el corchito. The nearby streets are not flooded and there is not much traffic as the center is very quiet.

Jorge owns a very nice person. The location is a bit far from the city center, but a bus costs only 7 pesos

Bathroom was separate but clean and private. The owner speaks English and is well traveled. He is always on time! The kitchen is fully equipped and shared as well. Not far from the city but do not try and walk. Supermarket is nextdoor. Higher end of the cheapest room spectrum but you can always stay at his father's hotel Pato with a swimming pool for the same price but no kitchen and not as homely. I recommend Casa Alegría!
