- Se hace llamar "Hotel" pero es una casa que quieren volver hotel... Cero recomendable.
- La relación precio vs calidad nada que ver.
- No tienen el servicio de Vallet Parking como dicen tener.
- En realidad no tiene servicio de nada; No hay ni como comunicarse con el lobby.
- Solo hay una persona para atender todo.
- Super ruidoso.
- Lo unico que es bueno es la ubicación.
 The photos are misleading.
- It calls itself "Hotel" but it is a house that they want to return to as a hotel ... Zero recommended.
- The relation price vs quality nothing to see.
- They do not have the Vallet Parking service as they claim to have.
- Actually it has no service at all; There is no way to communicate with the lobby.
- There is only one person to attend to everything.
- Super noisy.
- The only thing that is good is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Aliz is a charming hotel two blocks from the main Jardín and one block from Parque Benito Juarez. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and stylish. There are even two adorable basset hounds who live in the yard next door. The walls are a bit thin, but that's ok; if you're in San Miguel, you shouldn't be spending much time in the hotel at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 1 night with my wife at Casa Aliz. The room was large, clean and overall very nice. The location is very good. The employee's were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in San Miguel de Allende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend this place. I booked for one night with breakfast and I didn’t get the breakfast. I booked directly at the hotel site and the receptionist mentioned breakfast was only available for those who booked thru Booking or Expedia. In addition there was no hot water for the shower, only cold water. Also the employees speak very loud so it’s difficult to rest. It’s a pity. Place is nice but the service is terrible!!!!
