★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy home, pet friendly with fenced yard. Full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge lots of storage, counters. Dining table, work desk and two bedrooms. One bath. Living room. Quiet village neighborhood. Semi rural so occasional roosters and dogs barking but dogs are mostly in gates and well cared for . Commercial area nearby appears to have a car alarm installation shop so that goes off daily in the distance, glad I'm not closer. walkable to tiendas and some snacks. Other shops down the hill. Convenient. 8 miles to Centro. Etla has many charms of its own. Safe and friendly. Owner family lives next door and are very helpful and kind. Excellent value
