★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención, la limpieza, la vista, excelentes. Falló un poco el cable; en cuanto a la ubicación, está un poco oculto (quizá haga falta un buen letrero). Equilibrio en calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.
 The attention, the cleanliness, the view, excellent. Cable failed a bit; location wise, it is a bit hidden (maybe a good sign is needed). Balance in quality-price. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta el lugar es muy acogedor y limpio, con una vista desde lo alto fabulosa y la atención es muy buena la habitación es grande, muy elegante y sobre todo muy bien la estancia el único problema de que no ponga 5 es que la hora de tu reservación acaba hasta las 12 de medio día y eso sí no es casi agradable por si tienes algunas cosas que hacer en el centro ese es el único detalle.
El centro queda a 10 minutos en carro. Mi
I love the place is very cozy and clean, with a view from the top fabulous and the attention is very good the room is large, very elegant and above all very well the only problem that I do not put 5 is that the time your reservation ends until 12 noon and that is not almost pleasant if you have some things to do in the center that is the only detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa es bonito, las habitaciones son pequeñas, hace mucho frío, lo único malo es que no tiene una señalización de la entrada, puede ser un poco confuso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiva: La habitación estuvo increíble al igual que la vista del lugar. Es un hotel bastante cómodo y acogedor, lo cual lo hace perfecto para los días en que el clima en Zacatlán es lluvioso y frío. Creo que consideraría regresar y obviamente lo recomendaría.. Negativa: Lo único que lamentamos mi pareja y yo es que la Tv es muy pequeña y está muy lejana a la cama, además de que no existe la opción de un desayuno (café, fruta, pan), seria un gran plus que lo ofrecieran ya que cerca no hay nada y hay días en que uno no desea levantarse temprano y salir de la cama..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy nuen lugar deberian de tener mas especificada la entrada ya que nos perdimos... En general el hotel es bueno, el agua caliente es un tema que no pudieron solucionar hay que jugar mucho con las llaves se va muy seguido y es molesto hasta cierto punto(nos hospedamos en la habitacion 1) lo que si es muy molesto es que todo ese escuxha deberian de ver la forma de que no haya tanto eco en la recepcion ya que el mas minimo ruido se escuxha con mucho eco
