★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito, muy relajante cuenta con alberca, comedor, y la chica que atiende y asigna los cuartos muy linda con muy buena actitud ante todo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!! Hice la reservación con un mes de anticipación. Al llegar al hotel (2pm) nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que estaba cerrado. Llame a la agencia donde hice la reservación y dijeron que abrian las puertas a las 3pm. Estuvimos ahí hasta las 4pm y nunca nadie abrió ?. Tuve que hacer la cancelación y reservar en otro lugar.
Fatal experiencia ?
TERRIBLE!! I made the reservation a month in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel (2pm) we were surprised that it was closed. I called the agency where I made the reservation and they said they open the doors at 3pm. We were there until 4pm and nobody ever opened ?. I had to cancel and book elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro para lo que es. Está medianamente limpio, pero ni siquiera te dan botellas de agua. La habitación estaba muy húmeda y las sábanas se sentían mojadas.
Fue difícil encontrarlo pues la puerta está en la esquina y no hay letrero
Very expensive for what it is. It is moderately clean, but they don't even give you bottles of water. The room was very humid and the sheets felt wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está descuidado, mala atención por parte de el recepcionista, no había agua caliente y no solucionó el problema, tv por cable muy mala, y para colmo cucarachas en los muebles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se contrató x aplicación y al llegar cobraron más, nunca nos dieron la clave del wi-fi, la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba, la tv se veía mal y no había agua caliente x la noche.
The application was contracted and upon arrival they charged more, they never gave us the wi-fi key, the door of the room did not work, the TV looked bad and there was no hot water at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, el servicio es muy malo, incómodo y para el precio, queda mucho a deber, tiene servicio de TV por cable pero no se ve nada, no ofrecen agua y deberían por en caso de que sea tarde o muy temprano para ir a comprar y tomar un medicamento o algo. El chico de la recepción no sabe resolver problemas inmediatos, la jovencita encargada del lugar es muy gentil, tiene un buen trato con la gente y resolvió nuestros inconvenientes de inmediato. Cómo consejo el lugar por muy lujoso o modesto, independientemente de los servicios que ofrece, debe ofrecer lo mejor, eso habla bien del lugar y se recomendaría ampliamente.
Very bad experience, the service is very bad, uncomfortable and for the price, there is a lot to owe, it has cable TV service but you can't see anything, they don't offer water and they should in case it's late or too early to go to buy and take a medicine or something. The boy at the reception does not know how to solve immediate problems, the young lady in charge of the place is very kind, she has a good relationship with people and solved our problems immediately. How I advise the place, however luxurious or modest, regardless of the services it offers, it must offer the best, that speaks well of the place and it would be widely recommended.
