We stayed in Christina’s property for six days in February 2019. We made the arrangements for three weeks and paid full with paypal for our stay in advance. Before arriving the house, Christina was extremely responsive and assuring for our needs. A few days earlier, we sent an email asking her if there were any cell towers or poles around the house as we know the dangers and are very sensitive to this issue. She said there was nothing to worry about. We arrived the house and it was big a disappointment. The house was worn and all the equipment in the kitchen was dated. We asked for stainless steel pan and pots, but Alberto ( on site manager) simply dismissed our request. We had to use Teflon cookware, all scratched and badly worn to cook our meals. We did not really bother at first, as we we were close to beach and sun, and that is why we were there. Then the rain started. For two days, it rained non stop. This time, the ceilings started to leak to the stairs. There were pools of water everywhere. We again, asked them to address this issue, and nobody responded. After the rain, the big chunks of ceiling started to fall down. On the fourth day, we finally had a chance to visit the beach. We measured with EMF meter the front of Casa Chanty, and shockingly the radiation readings were off the chart. We saw the huge cell tower just meters away from the house. Christina knew that tower however did not tell us prior to reservation. When we confronted with her she accepted that the cell tower was installed only two - three years ago. At that point, we really became uncomfortable. That was enough lying. We sent another email to Christina, and she said she was sorry and she would refund half of our stay and told us that we can leave. We searched for a new accommodation for a few days and left the house with our four kids. It has been two weeks, nobody refunded us any money. We know they won’t pay us any refund as they now are asking us to sign a document, prewritten by them, stating we left the house because of our own problems and we are in fault. Please, do not believe these people, Alberto and Christina and don't rent these places unless you want to RADİATE yourself 24/7. For the record, she advertises that Casa Angelica is 100m away from the beach , she even says it is 80m away. I personally measured by walking and verified with Google Earth. it is 235m from Casa Angelica if you go beach from garden section of villa complex ( "Casa Angelica" and "Coco's Villa" are the end units of that villa complex " Sandy Garden Villas"). if you go from outside and back of villas it is almost 250m. Shortest distance is 216m bird-fly.
