3 apartments with 1 bedroom and 1 Penthouse with 3 bedrooms. Clean and tidy, furniture in good condition, wifi and izzi. Pool in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda alguna me volvería ha hospedar aquí , está serca de la playa hay múltiples locales donde comprar víveres , el servicio exelente de el personal y las instalaciones muy cómodas ... Solo mejoraría el wifi :)
Without a doubt I would like to stay here, it is close to the beach there are multiple places to buy food, the excellent service of the staff and the very comfortable facilities ... Only the wifi would improve :)

A highly recommended place. The building is very beautiful and the apartments are very comfortable. The location is good, quiet and residential, you can reach anywhere on foot, and the beach is nearby. Sure we come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción para hospedarse, a 5 cuadras de la playa y el inicio de la 5a avenida, muy buena ubicación. Las instalaciones son nuevas y bien decoradas y equipadas. El penhouse está súper bien para grupos de 6 a 8 personas y arriba tiene una terraza exclusiva con asador. Muy recomendable!
Excellent option to stay, 5 blocks from the beach and the beginning of the 5th avenue, very good location. The facilities are new and well decorated and equipped. The penhouse is super well for groups of 6 to 8 people and upstairs has an exclusive terrace with barbecue. Highly recommended!
