★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel económico que parece recién remodelado. Los cuartos son pequeños pero tienen lo necesario para pasar la noche. Me pareció bastante limpio y la mejor opción de Jalapa. Todo se ve como nuevo. El WiFi era muy lento. Por la noche es muy tranquilo, no hubo molestias de ruido a pesar de estar sobre la carretera.
This is a budget hotel that appears to have just been remodeled. The rooms are small but have what you need to spend the night. I found it quite clean and the best option in Jalapa. Everything looks like new. The WiFi was very slow. At night it is very quiet, there was no noise disturbance despite being on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es el mejor de la zona, muy limpio, camas cómodas, almohadas cómodas, clima y estacionamiento, pero el joven que atiende por la tarde es muy grosero y atiende de mala gana, es cero empático. El primer día que nos quedamos, nos dieron un precio por tres personas y al día siguiente quería subir el precio. Es entendible la situacion pero deberían ser claros desde un principio con los precios y no cambiarlos de un momento a otro.
The hotel is the best in the area, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, climate and parking, but the young man who attends in the afternoon is very rude and reluctantly attends, he is zero empathetic. The first day we stayed they gave us a price for three people and the next day they wanted to raise the price. The situation is understandable but they should be clear from the beginning with the prices and not change them from one moment to another.
