★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at, beyond anything Mandrian Oriental or Ritz Carolton offer in terms of quality and service. We literally feel like we’re at home. The staff is so polite and helpful and breakfast each morning was great. Merida is a hidden gem I almost don’t want anyone to know about but if you make it here stay at this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional place. This hotel is indeed as they say when you enter - a home that is shared with you. The rooms are huge, clean and beautiful. The entire hotel feels like a colonial house that is very well taken care of - the beautiful garden and the small yet precious pool. The breakfast is great, it actually surprised us how good it was. And the staff and service is just beyond. A true five-star place, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are nice and plush , the service is absolutely fantastic and the location is just a few blocks from the main town center. The best part I like about this place is the attention to detail that they have. In terms of amenities they have free breakfast, parking and a fitness center so all that doesn't hurt either. Definitely coming back here on my next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional hotel. Rafael and David catered to every need and question from booking us a car service got an event to an in room massage. The staff was extremely attentive, polite, and eager to share their favorites of Merida. The daily breakfast we enjoyed in the courtyard and was delightful. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.
