A very cozy place, comfortable house with all the basics for a pleasant stay. It is very close to the main streets of SAN Cristóbal, so you can walk without any problem. The house is well equipped.

The property is in the center of the city and has incredible views of the city and the sunset. I loved the decoration, it feels like a cabin and you have everything you need to spend your holidays

The location of the property in a dangerous place, there is no sense of security

The owner evicted us through police in the middle of the night in a city we do not know at all, is in a very unsafe place

You agreed that I am just thinking of flying to walk in the area and am looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to sleep. I heard reviews from some people about the attitude there so less Bali about the place !! Before you get there, check that there is no situation of discomfort like the experiences of my friends

A disgusting experience. The owner named Hugo and his wife behave disgustingly towards customers. Filters, not available, and that they do answer they shout on the phone. The hot water did not work for us during * all * our stay at the property. And even two days out of 4 * the water did not work at all * for a few hours there was no water in the shower, no toilet, no sink, when we asked Hugo - the landlord to come and fix he came only after hours, and shouted and got mad at us that we even complain about it and that it happens everywhere, Threatened to throw us out of the apartment, was violent towards us, cursed at us, and almost threw us the phone while we were making a video of his disgusting place, finally called us police and threw us out of the apartment. A disgusting person with no respect. With no regard for his customers, what interests him is only the money, from the moment we paid no - we did not interest him, and he constantly made sure to threaten that if we continued to complain he would throw us out of the apartment. Disgusting and smelly antisemitic !!!!

We arrived at the apartment after arranging enough time in advance and paying an advance, already today the accommodation started problems when the landlady realized that we Israelis started making antisemitic remarks to us we chose to ignore because we closed with the landlord for nine nights. When we summed up the conditions we asked several times if there is hot water in the shower and the homeowners will guarantee that there is hot water 24/7, which turned out to be complete nonsense there was not even one day some hot water !! When we informed the landlords about the problem, they threw away responsibility and threatened to expel us, they mentioned several times that we are Jews and we always have problems because that's how it is with our people! After another day we returned to the apartment after a day of hiking and we had no water at all !! The owner denied responsibility and said it was our problem !! And if we want we are welcome to go now! After we explained to him that we have no other option he chose to ignore our distress again !! The next day the story came back again and again we had no water at all !! We talked to the owner he did not agree to meet with us and chose to threaten us again and again, that he would throw us out of the apartment, after about an hour and a half without water he came nervous and screamed at us to fly out of the apartment because we "interfere" with him all day. Making antisemitic remarks really tried to hit us! (We have a video documenting him attacking us .. !!!!) And then he called the police to deport us !! In the middle of the night in a city we do not know !! We found ourselves on the street in the middle of the night, threatened and scared! I ask you to avoid your heartache !! Do not go near this place, and all the many assets that this bad man has !! Attach the assault video ?
