Central and beautiful location, unfortunately it got a lot down from the previous comments. The houses lack a CHINGO of maintenance. Price a bit too high (you should ask for a Mexican price because they go up almost 2 times for foreigners, a room for a Mexican in Casa Azul is $ 1500 pesos). The owners will do what they can to save 1 peso, and living like this is incredibly annoying. For example, do you have a plumbing or lock problem? Well, they are not going to mark a professional, the owner will try to do it ... Even if he does not know how to do it. And then they know that you are going to get bored of asking and asking and asking and then you are going to give up and live with the problem. You see, it didn't cost a penny like that. You have to understand that none of the owners work, so guests are their only way to earn money. They ask to lend money at all times to any guest, and when it is the rent, you have to pay it in full because "ahhh noooo what you lent me is separate ... And please don't tell grandfather." If you don't put the stop, it will go on and on. They won't make any effort either because you live here. While my stay they bought a rooster (for what reason but to bother ?? Not a hen, a ROOSTER), they put a car wash in the garden opening at 7 in the morning (imagine the noise), they built an apartment below our although everyone else was hesitant. The most annoying thing about that is that they always lie, you tell them "hey the laundry is incredibly annoying" and so they answer "ahhhhhh it's for 1 week only" but it actually lasts 4 months, etc ... They did not return our deposit to us (and they made excuses for that), they cut off gas and electricity when they understood that we were going to change places with the following reason: "Why would I put the gas on you even though I know you won't pay anymore?" Well, all the guests I know ended up hating the family that lives here (and I stayed for a long time), and after that experience I will never again live in a place where the owners also hang out.
