Casa Bacuuza - 72000 Puebla

La comida y la atención fueron excelentes, toda una sorpresa este lugar, porciones suficientes y sobre todo la disponibilidad del chef para explicar cualquier duda sobre el menú, las bebidas también fueron un regalo para el gusto y la vista. Altamente recomendable si andas buscando algo nuevo en Puebla.

Everything is amazing, from entrées to mains to desserts. Cannot recommend enough. Don’t miss the Pixtle! Owners and staff are super friendly and the menu changes often.

Excellent food, attentive service, at a reasonable price!

This is hands down THE best place to eat in Puebla and it is definitely one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in the whole of Mexico, after travelling to CDMX, Tulum, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen. The presentation is nothing short of fantastic, with flower petals and dollops of reductions decorating each plate. I tried breakfast and dinner here and both were great. The staff are very attentive and seem happy to have you. It seems that they really want you to have a wonderful culinary experience. The food served here is Oaxacan. The drinks have just as much effort put into them as the food. The cold hot chocolate is a must, as are their juices. If I could give this 10 out of 5 stars I would. Casa Bacuuza deserves more business than it's getting, so please help them out and pay them a visit! The restaurant decor itself is unassuming and unpretentious but its the food that you're there for. I'll recommend it to everybody I know and I'll be coming to Puebla just to make another visit or two here.

It was a recommendation by a local friend. 100% worth going. The food was not only delicious, but served fast and the portions were huge. Together with the super friendly staff, it was an amazing evening.

Best place we've been so far in México. The food & the service were outstanding. If you have the change, you should go here for sure. The flavours of every dish was amazing.
