Dislike the place. The night time restaurant bad service. I wouldn't take my family.

Always it has been a pleasure to be in the Hotel. The restaurant has an amazing menu. The service is excellent and everything is lovely.

Very nice hotel. I can see the use to conserve resources. My complaint is no washcloths or closet with hangers. The building and rooms are very nice.

My stay at this hotel was sublime! The thing that made me and my family love the hotel is the fact that it's pet friendly without additional chargers, you only have to clean your pet's necessities. All the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. We also praise the hotel's eco-friendly facilities, lights of the corridors only went on when someone walked through, in order to activate the room's electricity supply you actually have to be there, the water is sun-heated , etc, etc. Truly amazing. It is a relatively new hotel and the facilities are just gorgeous. Breakfast is included but only covers coffee, a glass of juice, a piece of bread and fruit; thus you have to pay for main courses. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and modern, though the tv service could improve. Also an important detail is that the ramp leading to the parking lot is a bit steep and might scrape short cars. I highly recommend this hotel, if I ever return to Pachuca there's no doubt I'm staying here again!!!

The construction and desing of the hotel are super attractive and new. The price is fair for what you get. Although, I had some issues with the amenities. I didn't even received a bar of soap. The rooms are big and quite comfortable, but they lack of air conditioner, specially on hot days. They have smart TVs but without payed-TV providers. Great experience but definitely they have a lot to improve!

The prices online are so much more affordable then the ones offered locally. Will recommend due to it having great understanding staff, A/C at its best. The water has a good amount of pressure for taking a shower. Beds are just the right size. Rooms are clean when arriving. Cozy ness is something that I really enjoyed. Pet friendly. Offers parking lot. Has great security measures for COVID and for the guest safety. Has great check ins and check out times. The rooms are quiet and sound does not travel much. Great courtesy coffee. Towels are really good for drying off. Only thing I did not like was the soap and shampoo but what can I say its a hotel. Hope you enjoy your stay with free WiFi, TV cable, and a nice meal down at the restaurant. If you need a midnight snack you can go next door to the pharmacy to buy something even medicine. If you get the city view, you will be able to admire monuments near by.
