Casa Belango Apartments - 97000 Mérida

Love this place, nice and peaceful right in the heart of Merida , love the foyer and the marble floors , stayed for a month. Great place Thanks to wonderful Owners , they are so kind.

Casa Belango One of the Yucatan gems in Merida, actually in all Mexico, 12 stars out of 10 stars! Daisy and Esmail (Misa) deserve all the credit as they are attentive and responsive to everyone’s needs, friendly and honest with lots of helpful ideas on places to try. Casa Belango in Santa Ana area is clean and safe, comfortable and quiet, cute and colorful. Maybe most important, affordable and the hosts are very upfront and transparent about all rental costs. We stayed for 2 months. We work online and happy to say the Wifi is good and the unit is quiet! Great location, Casa Belango is only a couple blocks west of Paseo Montejo Way with restaurants, cantinas, shops, walking the tree lined wide walkways of Paseo Montejo Way. Casa Belango is a few blocks from Centro and all the shops, cantinas, music, museums and restaurants. Daisy and Misa deserve 12 out of 10 stars and on our return to Merida, we will try to reserve a place with them first! Muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad! Joanie and Scot

Highly recommend!! A definite Gem!! This is a safe, wonderful furnished space with an inviting ambience. Beautiful plants, greenery, colors and a relaxing outdoor area with a clean, refreshing pool for those hot days! The hosts of this space are incredible people! Extremely kind and very accommodating. They respond quickly and are very attentive with a genuine care for the well-being, comfort and safety of their guests! Great location in Centro close to so many cafés and restaurants. Many places to discover and explore nearby! Very reasonable rates and extremely comfortable, safe place. 5 Stars!

My apartment was simply great! The apartments’ location is perfect. It is close to Paseo de Montejo and centro which made it easy to explore. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was always hot water and water pressure was really good. The pool was always refreshing on especially hot days. I felt the hosts were pretty responsive and attentive.

I stayed at a cute little studio at the back. The pool is great and nice owners. Mold is a big problem as it is everywhere in Merida so be cognizant. Also the renter is responsible for fixing any electronic that breaks (AC etc). The location is the best part. Can't beat the walkability of both paseo and Centro.

I really enjoyed staying at this furnished apartment, and felt really safe and comfortable. The owners, Daisy and Misa, are wonderful, friendly, and really care about their guests. And, the rental prices are very reasonable. The queen sized beds are very comfortable and high quality, also. I would give them 6 stars if I could. There's a small, refreshing pool here, as well. In addition, its location is superb for nearby restaurants, laundry, stores, and the famous Paseo De Montejo street. Highly recommended!

I stayed in three different rooms over 2 years and enjoyed the comraderie, quiet, and helpful hosts, Misa and Daisy. Community feel and pool is a plus. Would recommend for long stays. Some local noise but benefits outweigh the negatives.
