★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero, el acceso esta muy feo ya que entran por un costado que parece el estacionamiento pero sin portón y sin mantenimiento, la puerta de entrada y la del baño esta reparada por vandalismo pero muy insegura, le pusieron una cortina en la regadera porque algun detalle rompio la de cristal, algo muy bueno es la vista al mar , el tamaño enorme y la tranquilidad al dormir sin ruidos

Hotel en remodelacion, sucio, ruidoso, las habitaciones sólo tenían dos cosas RESCATABLES, y era la Vista al mar y el tamaño de la SUITE.
De ahí en fuera todo fue decepcionante, era el día de mi cumpleaños planeamos pasar en familia un fin de semana y busque un hotel con vista al mar, en las fotos se veía muy lindo el hotel, mi gran error fue no leer comentarios, cosa q siempre hago y en esta ocasión me fallo eso, al llegar al hotel, no hay recepción
Nos sacamos d onda porque solo hay una mesa y unas personas con una laptop atendiendo Hasta pensé que me había equivocado de hotel, lamentablemente había echo una reservacion de dos noches por una plataforma muy conocida de hoteles, así q ya no había más que hacer jamás imaginamos lo que veríamos en la suite.
camas sucias, sillones sucios y viejos, lámparas oxidadas, el control del clima no servía, había una gotera por donde estaba el clima, las paredes cuarteadisimas, en uno de los sillones había hasta cubrebocas sucios, la cortina estaba llena de moho, el frigobar oxidado e Inservible, la cafetera estaba sucia, las sábanas manchadas etc etc.
Que lastima que se burlen del cliente de esa Manera, EL HOTEL TIENE POTENCIAL LAMENTABLEMENTE NO LO SABEN APROVECHAR. LO DEJARON CAER MUY FEO.

From then on everything was disappointing, it was my birthday, we planned to spend a weekend with the family and I looked for a hotel with a sea view, in the photos the hotel looked very nice, my big mistake was not reading comments, something what I always do and this time that failed me, when I arrive at the hotel, there is no reception
We freaked out because there is only one table and a few people with a laptop attending. I even thought I had made the wrong hotel, unfortunately I had made a reservation for two nights through a well-known hotel platform, so there was nothing else to do. we imagined what we would see in the suite.
dirty beds, dirty and old armchairs, rusty lamps, the climate control did not work, there was a leak where the climate was, the walls were very cracked, in one of the armchairs there was even a dirty face mask, the curtain was full of mold, the frigobar rusty and unusable, the coffee pot was dirty, the sheets stained etc etc.
What a pity that they make fun of the client in that way, THE HOTEL HAS POTENTIAL UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. THEY DROPPED IT VERY UGLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias solo que no había agua caliente y se tenía que pedir cada que se iba a utilizar la alberca está de buen tamaño y buena ubicación solo que le falta mantenimiento
Lo están remodelando y quiero creer que por está razón hay fallas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I stayed one night at CasAbella Art Hotel. Please, if you want a nice hotel then don’t stay here. They don’t have hot water for showers, what kind of hotel is open for the public but no hot water?The entire hotel was under renovation, they woke us up to construction noise in the next room at 8am. The pool was closed, even though they advertised it open on the website. The front desk staff were the only good part, they did their best to help make us comfortable. The manager and owner of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. 800 pesos for a room with no hot water, no view, no coffee, and noise from 8am-6pm is ridiculous.
