Recommendation: DO NOT GO! This place is one of those who want to be and is not. If you can save coming, do it. If you're still up for it, don't come up with high expectations. Points in favor: 1) Your staff. They are super attentive, with all the disposition for you to have a good time. Unfortunately, despite their good attitude, they are not sufficiently trained, which, of course, is not a question of them, but of the administration of this place. 2) Another good point is the taste of the meat. The portions offered on the menu do NOT correspond to the one that arrives at the table and, nevertheless, they taste good. That does not mean that the temperature is not correct. If you dare to eat there, I recommend the molcajete mar y tierra. The flank steak is good to dry, but the rosemary potatoes are chewy, cold and greasy. Wow, they weren't at the moment. 3) The aesthetics of the place. It is worth seeing, enjoying it, for being historical and for how well they were able to restore it. Points against: 1) The lack of a manager. Yes there is, not even its lights. Neither to clarify the occupation of the terrace for a private event, nor to explain how the place works or, well and super important, to organize its staff who do everything in their power, to keep you well attended. 2) Tables for two people. While the place is aesthetically speaking, it is worth it, the tables arranged around the last open space of Casa, do not offer a conducive place for lunch or dinner. It's uncomfortable for everyone: diners and waiters. You can't enjoy the view or anything else. 3) The bathrooms. There is only one bathroom in the area of ​​the tables for two people, which they pass as mixed. For what the place offers on its social networks, added to the price, the bathrooms should have a better presentation. The door does not close properly, the toilet paper dispenser is broken, there is no mirror (if it is mixed, it should) and it stinks of cigarettes. And, if you want to go to the ladies' room, you have to go through a whole room that, although it suits you, is not rented for an event. 4) The drinks. They are the worst you can taste. They are poorly made. To begin with, the glasses are badly frosted and the drink drips from them. The cocktail tastes more like water than any other ingredient (it seems that absolutely everything is diluted) and what should have mineral water or soda, does not have any gas. Without fear of being wrong, they use leftovers from other days, from other services or, outright, jug water. 5) As night falls (we arrive 6 15), one would expect that the lights that illuminate the CORRIDOR (which is WHERE the people who go as a couple SEE), increase or, less, put a nice candle in every table, but no, the light keeps dimming and the service dulling. 6) The musical setting. All the music in the classrooms is mixed. In our case, having a private event on the terrace, the music was so loud that it imposed itself on the setting of the other rooms and the corridor. Cross out. 6) The valet parking. He was not in his place when we arrived (it should be noted that he was not doing any other activity) and the poor hostess, who had no way of communicating with the boy (why, I don't know) asked us to park our own car later. Complicated, for such a narrow and busy street. In conclusion: this place after the novelty, if it does not change, it is going to fall. You can see the improvisation in everything and the lack of seriousness in the treatment. If you want a better experience, at the price that Casa offers, look for well-known, good quality restaurants, such as Che Taco.

Very beautiful place, the house preserves its splendor from 200 years ago, it has original furniture from that time. It has a very wide view of the city from the terrace, the bad thing is that the food arrives cold because the kitchen is on the first floor. As for the prices, it seemed a bit expensive, a hamburger $ 220. It is okay to go once to meet.

One of the oldest houses in the city of Pachuca with a very interesting restoration work. Good menu with very tasty food. You can have a good time doing the tour of the place.

An old house with a very well done remodeling. It has a terrace and restaurant area. We chose the terrace to enjoy the view but this had an impact on our food: it arrived a bit cold. Another minus point because the taste of the dishes was regular, nothing special and for the prices, I think it is not adequate. The atmosphere on the terrace looks good for a few drinks. I will be back and hope to change your mind about the food.

I loved the super beautiful place, the desserts a delight, the incredible attention, it is also a hotel, it is a 200-year-old house, super cared for, there are events on Saturdays. They have parking. Go before it is saturated, when I went there were not many people. There are private rooms for events. Quite affordable prices ... really a cool one.

It is a restaurant/bar, I only ordered drinks, if you are going to be on the terrace you should dress warm, since approximately after 5pm it is very cold and windy. I chose the terrace because it has a very nice view of the monumental clock of Pachuca. It is NECESSARY to make a reservation if you do not want to be on the terrace and have a nice place in the restaurant. Super nice service and atmosphere.
