★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a training space for soul & body. You can find Yoga classes as well as many other disciplines.
I got a chance to assist to a Hatha Yoga and it was very reconfirming since Im not a very flexible person.
Adriana was very patient with me and everyone else.
You can park inside for free and they also sell stuff for yoga classes.
They will lend you special equipment for the class in case you don’t bring yours.
And extra tip-> you should no enter classroom with shoes!!
