★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the middle of La Condesa, which is the best neighborhood in Mexico City.
The hotel itself is very small and has only 9 rooms. The room was beautifully designed and featured an AC, which is surpassingly rare to find in Mexico City hotel rooms. The TV had Netflix!
I expected the room to be much larger for that price point. We traveled with two medium sized suitcases and there wasn't enough floor space to unpack. The room didn't feature a closet either.
As the hotel is really small, there is no elevator and only two rooms are located on the ground floor. Most chances that you will have to climb few stories to get to your room. Breakfast was basic but enough to kickstart the day. On the first day they went out of cereal and they didn't restock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give you more stars, guys, for the amazing location, the friendly people, for going out of your way and checking us in so early in the morning, for the super cool decoration and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. BUT. No hot water is a huge no go. And so is your breakfast lady touching the food with her fingers amidst the worst pandemic of this century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioning in a place that cost over $100 a night. This place all show. Nice and modern, but not ventilation. Feels like a green house and how can some units not have AC. The little fans were broken. The soap dispensers did not work. Location is good, but if your going to charge this much for a place in Mexico City expectations needs to be higher. I travel a lot and this was a big miss. It should have been more like $70. I have stayed in much nicer places for far less in better locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean and in a great location. However there were some poorly designed aspects of the room that detracted from the stay. These issues would not be too major to fix and would make the stay so much nicer.
1. The shower head was one of those rain type ones from above. The head was nearly the size of the show room, and located between door and the temperature handle, making it impossible to turn the shower on and to the correct temperature without getting soaked and water on the floor.
2. Their was some weird stench the in bathroom even with the bathroom window open. I'm guessing it was coming from one of the drains, or maybe area that the bathroom window opened up to.
3. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower did not work or were not filled, not a big deal but had to bring our own.
4. The bedroom windows opened to the inside. This made it impossible to have the curtains shut and the window open. Their was no AC so this was the desired configuration at night. Also, no AC for the price of the room seems a bit off.
