Casa Biulú - 70904 Zipolite

L'hotel è davvero bello e pulito e le camere sono arredate fino ai minimi dettagli. La piscina è di acqua salata (cosa che ho amato!) e da lì si gode una vista incantevole! La signora Federica e lo staff in generale sono persone gentili e sempre disponibili. Mi era stato consigliato da un amico e devo dire che sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta del soggiorno. :)

A great discovery, although it is not a beach hotel, the view is very good, a lot of privacy, no doubt I would stay again, for my next trip as a couple.

This place was amazing. Great price, very relaxed and the friendliest staff. The views from the pool were great and the place was beautiful and spotlessly clean.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Great service, clean rooms, the staff is friendly; especially the owner of this marvelous place. Mrs. Federica. The view from my room facing the ocean was a plus. The pool is very clean and well kept . Walking to the beach is a few blocks down the road. I will recommend it if you want to spend a great times here in Zipolite, Oaxaca.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Biulu for several nights over NYE weekend. We couldn't have had a better experience. The property is a short walk (a couple of minutes) to the center of Playa Zipolite, the views from the pool are incredible, and the rooftop bar is a fantastic experience. The owner of the property Federica was responsive via WhatsApp. She helped arrange travel arrangements from Huatulco airport and organized a NYE party on the rooftop. When we return to Playa Zipolite, we will definitely be returning to Casa Biulu

Writing again - the manager has replied twice discrediting our complaints and implying we only said it for a 20% discount. This is ABSURD. We PAID (full amount) and LEFT the hotel and then she finally replied AFTER we left asking what we want her to do about it and we said a 20% reimbursement would be good. ONCE. P.S your website says Spanish and Italian. I speak Italian but you were not there… off in Mexico City managing your ‘hotel’ from afar.

I stayed in this hotel in Jan 2022 with my friend in their Exec. Studio Suite. It was absolutely my worst hotel experience. (I am frequent traveler). Everything was abysmal and outrageous, including the utter and complete disrespect shown to us by the owner (who lives on site) and her staff, the nonexistent services which were advertised on this site (the wifi could not be accessed from the room), dilapidated furniture (see attached pictures), trash below the room which could be seen from the balcony, towels which felt like sandpaper on my face, and no replenishment of toiletries. I requested an extra bed and agreed to pay extra but they provided the absolute worst mattress for the extra bed (basically a sponge mattress which is the cheapest that they could find). When we complained the following morning after my friend basically had no sleep the prior night, the owner took our complaints personally and rather than making things right as any professional in the hospitality industry would have done, she and her staff actively sought to make us feel unwelcome. At breakfast, they rudely refused to give me an extra cup of coffee even though they advertised on this site that breakfast was free, and even argued that breakfast was a "courtesy" which could be taken away. The owner then said that we could leave if were not happy. I could not believe how offensive they were! Stay away or they may try to ruin your vacation! These people know absolutely nothing about customer service.

One person on staff for entire hotel - no wonder I was looking for someone to get my ill partner some water for over an hour. ^ one of many issues that would have been ok in isolation but the owner refused to acknowledge that there was any issue whatsoever with anything and so made a terrible stay unforgettable and worth my first ever review. She had an excuse for everything and will reply here leaving out details as she did throughout our discussions
