They hired me as a Chef, for a friend's birthday. And when we arrived, the kitchen was dirty, the fridge smelled strange, with liquids spilled in the fridge, food scraps and leftover merchandise. In the oven there was a tray with burnt loaves. The good thing is that Gerardo helped me and did what I told him to do, as I told him to. Gerardo was a great help during our stay. But there was much more to clean. The house is very nice and has a magnificent view of the lagoon. Maintenance could be improved. Well, on more than one occasion I ran out of water in the shower. And on one occasion without water in the basin. There are staff in the house to whom it is reported and they fix it, but it would be better if there were no such problems. The air conditioning makes some noise, it doesn't work silently. There are several details that could be taken care of. When we dined on the dock, the mosquitoes did not eat and we had to keep the house closed to avoid the mosquitoes. Well, there are no screen doors on the aluminum sliding doors. Overall we had a good time, but it could have been even better.

A truly incredible place! The hotel has excellent facilities to rest, relax and disconnect from everything. On the other hand, if you are looking for a little party, you just have to connect your cell phone to the speaker and you will have the best setting for a pool party. Both Manuel, Elena and the staff of the house always with a smile and the best disposition to help you. The owners are always attentive trying to pamper their guests. At the hotel you have the option of asking for a super and they will prepare food for you. You can also use the kayaks and walk around the lagoon. In short, a great place in the middle of paradise. 100% recommendable

The food is good, but it can improve, the service staff limits the seasonings in your meals, you have to remind them at all times, the water in the pool is very cold, no one on the staff does anything to improve it. In one of the rooms there was no light.

The place is very spacious, it has a very good view, the problem is the service, I do not understand how they qualify with an excellent service, if they are governed by the law of minimum effort, the facilities already have deterioration, the reference photos, I think they are from years ago. When we arrived the pool was dirty, and all they do is remove the leaves, and as they filter it, I've been here for 2 days and I haven't seen or made sense to put cleaning chemicals on it, they have kayaks but they are already super used and patched, They have a jacuzzi but they are burned and they are useless, but let's go to the general evidence [photos]. There are good things, like the lake and being able to enjoy that environment, the tranquility of the place and the climate; this because of the place where it is located. It can be better? Yes, of course, and more for what the house costs, you have to be careful about selling smoke in some aspects, that is, false expectations.
