Breakfast was delicious and the long chats with the lady owner were educational. It is an actual hacienda

Rented a car and they offered to wash it
Tradicional cocoa tea was very tasteful.
I hired a guide they were familiar with. Was safe even during the long nights out
Prices were very down to earth $450-$650 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Super cute dogs! We stayed in our campervan overnight, but the hotel looks very nice. The common area has plenty of comfortable seating. We had a tasty breakfast in the morning and got some great recommendations for places to visit in the area.
