★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame seeing wonderful birds in such small cages! They do have a big cage for parrots but the other birds are individually caged where they can't move other than small jump. It was sad my daughter asked me why and I wasn't able to properly answer. Hope somebody do something for their sake. Food was ok, I guess I couldn't enjoy it after looking poor animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very beautiful on the inside. Apparently it is mostly known for its lunch time and not for their breakfasts. I can assure you that the brekkies are as good as the meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I wanted to know more places to visit in Coatepec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiters make you feel uncomfortable, they are all over you all the time more than 5, no personal space, we had to tell them to please seperate ( they were surrounding the table) and if needed we would let them know.

The place is big, with big parking.
