Casa Bonné Spa - 44647 Guadalajara

I visited Casa Bonné Spa a few days ago. My package included a relaxing massage and an ozone moisturizing facial. When I left I was very happy with the service. My masseuse, Nayeli, did a fantastic job with the massage as well as being very kind and attentive, as was the owner of the Spa. That day my only disappointment was the drinks since neither the orange drink that they offered me upon arrival nor the sparkling wine with cassis that they gave me at the end of the massage were not fresh. I mean, it was obvious that the drinks had been served long before. I think that whatever they decide to offer, even if it is a lemonade, it is essential that it be fresh because the flavor is different. My next disappointment came on the third day, because I got 3 pimples on my face (pimples). It's been a long time since something like this happened to me and I can't help but think that it was probably due to the facial I received. I don't know if it was the products or that the utensils were not properly disinfected. My skin is very delicate, but I figured I wouldn't take any chances. And my last disappointment is that although it has been a week since my visit, I still do not receive the information that I requested from the owner upon my departure. I told him that I was interested in knowing about the services they offered (because my visit was due to a gift I received) and although he told me that he would send me whatsapp as soon as possible, I still have not heard from him. I think it would have been more honest if he had told me, everything is on the internet, you can find it there. In summary, I do not recommend the place for facials, only for massages because the masseuse is excellent, this is because the consequences on my skin do not make me feel confident about having a treatment like this again.

Excellent spa, very attentive staff from the moment you arrive (hygienic measures) until the end, they do a check-up before the massage to know how to treat you, the place is very nice, clean and pleasant. Accounts with more services such as hair removal, facial cleaning, microblading, among others. Prices within the range, it is advisable to ask for packages since they have a variety of them. A point to improve would be that there is an entrance with a ramp.
