Casa Buena Vista - 70034 Puerto Escondido

A pesar de las bonitas instalaciones que s pueden apreciar en las imágenes, éste es un lugar muy inseguro. Roba, al mínimo segundo que no te encuentras en la habitación, entran y te roban todo el dinero que tengas. Unos auténticos sinvergüenzas y ladrones. No conforme con robar, quieres ponerte en contacto con el encargado/dueño o cu alquier otro responsable y te tratan con mals formas, se desentienden y dan a entender que es la seguridad externa la culpable.

Una auténtica vergüenza. Nos han robado en nuestras propias habitaciones, encima una buena cantidad de dinero y sabiendo muy bien cuándo y cómo lo hacían. Tenían hasta nuestros horarios apuntados de entrada y salida de la casa (punto descubierto al final de la estancia por una de las empleadas que habló de más). Cuando hemos querido ponernos en contacto con algún responsable, encargado o dueño se han reído de nosotros, nos han hablado de muy malas maneras y han querido desatenderse del tema. A su vez, han dado a entender que, como ellos no han sido (ni siquiera el dueño hizo el mínimo esfuerzo por preguntar o investigar el asunto con los empleados), podrían haber sido la seguridad externa del recinto. Quedaron en devolvernos el dinero, cosa que no fue así, y lo único que hicieron fueron bloquearnos en su web para no poder escribir nada al respecto. Seguramente les haya pasado a muchos otros, pero se encargan de controlar y hacerlo de una manera “silenciosa” y en el momento del final de la estancia para que pienses que ha podido ser en otro lugar y no tengas forma alguna de reclamar, ya que ya no te encuentras residiendo en la casa. Unos ladrones, maleducados y sinvergüenzas. Experiencia nefasta.

La casa no hay duda que es una maravilla, los empleados nos han atendido con mucha amabilidad PERO sucedió un imprevisto: UN ROBO importante de dinero!!!! LA SEGURIDAD NO ESTA GARANTIZADA!!!!!! y esto no es un tema menor. En nuestro caso fue dinero, pero pudo haber sucedido algo peor. No tienen cámaras, ni caja fuerte. TOTALMENTE DESACONSEJABLE

What a spectacular way to spend a vacation. The staff was amazing and helpful. The accommodations are gorgeous. We loved every single moment. Highly recommended!

Great beachfront house with a tremendous staff and lots of room. Five bedrooms and a media room that could double as a bedroom. Nice pool, lots of seating by the pool and in the open air dining area. Wonderful meals and service overall in this well designed house.

We loved our stay at Casa Buena Vista. This is our 5th time there and our entire family looks forward to our visits there. The house is spectacular, the staff is attentive and kind and Puerto Escondido is a perfect quiet beach town. Thanks for all the great memories we can't wait to make more!!

My family and I, total of seven, travel together at least once a year - yes we still like & enjoy each other, often to places where we're busy being the tourist and seeing and visiting all the sites. This year we decided to just escape the snow and visit Mexico City first and then onto Puerto Escondido - Casa Buena Vista. The villa is extraordinary and beautiful with its four bedrooms, guest house, and all amenities one could ask for. Ruben and Dalia were the perfect host with their staff preparing exquisite meals - we did venture out one evening for diner and decided that that having meals at the villa was so much better. We all had but one regret; that we didn't extend our reservation and stay for additional week(s). We loved the pool, the walk on the beach, time to read and talk, and all the while, being doted on. We'll be back!

I wish there was a sixth star option. Our first visit was my wife and two kids. The service was outstanding. They were always planning ahead and we worried about nothing. We enjoyed the beach, pool, lunches on the roof, homemade outdoor pizza oven, coconut water from their trees, and the overall relaxation....as a vacation should be. Our family likes to explore new places, but now we look forward to revisiting every year. Our second and third visit was with two other families. We had six adults and seven kids each time. There was plenty of room for us AND our luggage. It was a short drive into town for other beaches, restaurants, market and the locals were so welcoming. The takeaway of this review must be the staff and their service. They were so engaging with the kids and made us feel as if it’s our home away from home.
