Al contratar de dicen una cosa y el mero día de tu evento te salen con otras cosas y piden más dinero ,,ya ala entregarles la casa se portaron muy mal nos cerraron el portón en la cara y nos echaron pleito que ojalá nunca nos vuelvan a ver qué no nos vuelven a rentan y un tipo hasta nos dijo que si nos queríamos morir y todo esto porque no les quisimos pagar $2,500 pesos extras del precio que nos dieron am principio y $ 2,000 pesos de un depósito del que tampoco te dicen nada hasta el día de tu evento ! Very bad experience! No hay internet a pesar de que lo ofrecen. Demasiadas moscas, insectos, etc. Te piden un depósito de garantía y al final buscan de que forma no regresartelo íntegro, en mi caso nos cobraron una malla para alberca que ya estaba maltratada, rota y vieja, nos dijeron que era “nueva” cuando claramente no era así, ni se maltrato y aparte jamás estuvo en el inventario ni se hizo mención alguna de ese artículo como fue con los otros. La verdad nos gusto mucho, pero el día del evento la alberca sucia y muy descuidada, estaba remodelación y nunca nos comentaron nada, así pasamos nuestro evento. El sr que se supone trabaja ay para limpiar la alberca nunca la limpio y solo una vez y de mala gana. Nunca nos dijeron de un depósito llegamos y no lo pidieron. Están muy mal organizados por teléfono te dicen algo y cuando llegas es otra cosa. Los cuartos bonitos pero las camas horribles de duras los resortes toda saltados clavos de la base salidos muy peligroso para los niños. La verdad para volver jamás. Y menos con esta atención del sr que está ai. No se las recomiendo We went to see the house first. Pero aún así es muy recomendable para eventos esperamos regresar. It is very good for events. The rooms are more or less but there are enough rooms, the pool is smaller than I expected.
