★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family spent a week here! The staff are above and beyond excellent. Room was quiet as well as the beautiful courtyard. Less than 5 minutes to Jardin! Very safe and secure location! Very clean and bed was great too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with very friendly staff that is only a 2 minute walk from the city center. The room was very clean and had a heater in case it got too cold which is a common issue at night in San Miguel) Included breakfast was also nice and we were given a decent choice of items (pancakes, french toast, ham omlette, coffee, tea etc..). I will definitely return !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a cozy quaint place with a very kind staff at a fair price, location considered, a little bit pricey nonetheless for the objective comfort of my room, which definitely deserves a serious revamping - especially the restroom. The narrow space between the toilet and the roll holder is utterly uncomfortable. Despite the look, shower, toilet and sink were all perfectly functional I must say. The bed was great. Unfortunately I stayed on Saturday night, July, and the noise was disgusting. There was music nearby till very late. Since there weren't any blinds the light flooded the room very early, making difficult for me to get minimum quality rest. The house court is likely the most beautiful place of the house. Breakfast was included and was great, with a sufficient variety of choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was just perfect. Just a block from the Centro Jardin. The rooms were very nice (and clean). The interior courtyard was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. We will surely be back to stay here again. This is our "go to" spot to stay in San Miguel from now on. Thank You for such a nice experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Carmen! The place was very clean and super close to the main park and churches, only a couple of blocks away. The staff Alex, Beatriz, and Rafael were attentive and accommodating with any question or concern we had. It felt like my home away from home. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking was a mess because they do not have parking. 3 of our Rooms missing toilet paper, hair dryers and iron. Car was unavailable when we needed it. Person in charge unavailable to help us because she was in school and other ladies did not know how to help us. One of the 3 rooms we booked had accessibility issues with a tiny windy staircase to get to the bed. Too many issues to be frustrated about during a vacation. Will not return to this hotel.
