Abundan los insectos en las camas (chinches y pulgas), aparecieron robos, se redujo la privacidad y denigra a la gente obligándola a decirle BOSS. De noche es un lugar de alcohol y sexo. Decayó al grado más decadente posible, tanto así que, el dueño está en ropa interior, por donde se le antoje, por las noches, acompañado de jóvenes que quieren ahorrarse la renta. Caben más de 40 personas en apenas 5/6habitaciones. Sólo tienen 2 baños y medio, y dos refrigeradores. Un abuso, y una pésima calidad de vida. No cuenta con televisión pero si con internet. Tiene zonas comunes que facilitan la convivencia. Normalmente buen ambiente. Tienen un perro que en ocasiones ladra. Importante: si vas a alojarte ahí guarda bien tus cosas, pues lo que está a la vista pero sin guardar se pone en una bolsa de "cosas perdidas" The beds are shared, there is usually a women's room, one for men and one mixed. No tienes que preocuparte por la limpieza ni por utensilios de cocina, sólo debes tener tus productos personales y tu propia despensa, pero muchas veces compartes comidas con los que están en casa.
