★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Chimali is a beautifully renovated house that was in very poor condition. It is on the high street of Xico, calle Hidalgo and was transfformed by an industrious group of Xiquenos into a multi use cultural facility. They feature movie viewing, indigenous dance exhibitions, photo and art exhibits, a local cooperative where you can buy everything that you can think of, puppet and marionette shows and SO MUCH more! What a fabulous addition to our community! Most things are free although they do 'pass the hat' to help keep the lights on. A must see.
