Casa Chukum - 77300 Holbox

HORRIBLE experience HORRIBLE service Worst place to stay in Holbox and maybe in all Mexico. Stayed for 2 nights. Second day we were left without water so no one could take a shower. They asked us to pay in dolars and cash, when it is not the currency in Mexico. The showers are ridiculous, the drain is on the highest part of the shower floor so the water is blocked there. Also the showers were very dirty, filled with hairs. The worst was by night. The bed was filled with ants so it was imposible for us to sleep. The cleaning people have no idea what they were doing. Ohhh and the ACs are not working and the TVs either. What a waste of money. We feel robbed. We called to ask for some explanations and ask for a refund. They answered the phone but said that the manager was not in the office (of course). The architecture is also ridiculous. Even if you open all the doors and windows it's imposible to ventilate the house. I would never recommend this place. Feels like a waste of money, specially given the price and the lack of service.
