★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will forever hold Casa Cien as a top notch vacation accommodation!! The grounds are impeccable. The rooms are warm and inviting. But OHHH the service - the whole staff, especially Samantha & Nellie were above & beyond outstanding. I don’t do reviews, but I feel like CC is a 5 star boutique hotel. It’s the hidden jewel of San Miguel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented out the entire hotel area and it was a phenomenal experience! Breakfast was convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was gorgeous, venue great for small/medium sized party or get together. There was like 6 rooms all occupied By our family which made it very exclusive an intimate. I’m not sure if you can rent out one or two rooms while other people rent the other ones but I would definitely recommend doing it how we did because our vacation was top notch and unforgettable. The living conditions and venue were a massive and integral part of the overall amazing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the worst experience! My husband and I held our wedding reception here with the expectation that we would have a pool party the next day. We had paid everything in advance signed contracts and ONE week before my wedding I was informed that they would be charging a $1200 fee for the pool party. Not only was this stressful as I was a week away from my wedding but casa Cien was extremely unorganized and over charged on multiple occasions. Multiple guest informed later that there credit cards were charged for different amounts then what the were told at check out. I am so disappointed with my experience. They had zero transparency and I felt completely blindsided.
