★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy limpias las habitaciones y el baño, la ubicación está genial ya que queda frente a la Catedral de Querétaro. Lo único que no me gustó es que se supone que el desayuno está incluído con el precio pero yo tenía que salir temprano como a eso de las 8 y aún no había desayuno.
 The rooms and the bathroom are very clean, the location is great since it faces the Cathedral of Querétaro. The only thing that I did not like is that breakfast is supposed to be included with the price but I had to leave early as at about 8 and there was still no breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel relativamente cercano a la zona centro, el personal es muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son amplias con poca vista pero hay ventilación, televisión con cable de paga baño con todo lo que se ocupe y excelente iluminación. También ofrecen desayuno incluído el cual es muy rico.
It is a hotel relatively close to the downtown area, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious with little view but there is ventilation, cable TV with bathroom pay with everything to be occupied and excellent lighting. They also offer breakfast included which is very rich.

Very well located The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are always willing to help. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, pleasant and spacious. Highly recommended to visit the beautiful city of Queretaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato y servicio, cumplen con todo lo prometido y se interesan en ayudarte en tus actividades como visitas guiadas entre otras. La comida es muy rica, el precio razonable y el estacionamiento muy cercano (a una calle). Lo recomendamos ampliamente ya que para turistear, la ubicación es inmejorable, todo queda a un par de minutos de distancia, volveríamos sin dudarlo.
Excellent treatment and service, comply with everything promised and are interested in helping you in your activities as guided tours among others. The food is very rich, the price reasonable and the parking very close (to a street). We highly recommend it because to visit, the location is unbeatable, everything is a couple of minutes away, we would return without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está bien ubicado y las instalaciones son agradables. Sin embargo, al parecer durante mi estancia estaban desmantelando el hotel o cambiando todo el mobiliario pues en tan solo dos días de estancia vimos cómo se llevaban los muebles de la recepción y de los pasillos, eso estuvo raro y de alguna manera incomodó nuestra estancia.
The hotel is well located and the facilities are nice. However, apparently during my stay they were dismantling the hotel or changing all the furniture because in just two days of stay we saw how the furniture in the reception and the corridors were carried, that was weird and somehow bothered our stay.
